Great Show! Thanks For Visiting Our Booth

Thank you for stopping by our booth at the ISS Long Beach Show! Our booth was very busy. We really enjoyed meeting you and introducing our newest products and screen printing techniques. In case you were not able to attend, here's a summary: FEATURED PRODUCTS Introducing our new 717 Ultimate Black™, a high pigment, fast-flashing, low-tack, and high performance printing ink. We've re-engineered this new black for ultimate printing quality. Due to customer demand, we've added 8 new colors to our 7600 Series ink line: Vegas Gold, Light Gray, Columbia Blue, Pink, Texas Orange, Maroon, Dallas Green, and Chocolate Brown. BOOTH DEMO

We received a lot of "wows" regarding the lenticular design we printed at the show. The High Density (HD)/Gloss texture was achieved using the following inks (mixed together). This is basically the same "recipe" as the Gellusion print we did last year (Watch the video):

141 HD Clear (48%)

3807 Gel Gloss (48%)

220 Puff Additive (2%)

Custom Brown using the Pigment Dispersion System (2%)

The sepia-toned design was printed using four custom colors, that were mixed using the UltraMix® 7500 Series.

By curing the ink under high temperature, the HD and gel gloss created a "doming" effect, which added to the dimensionality and gloss of the final print.
