Curing Ink on Fleece

When switching from lighter T-shirt to thicker fleece fabrics, screen printers often undercure plastisol inks.  Here is a super simple trick from Kieth Stevens on how you can avoid undercuring on fleece: The simplest way to assure proper curing for thicker fabrics is to slow down the cure time. Just remember: "Time is your friend." By setting the dryer temperature for a maximum of 320°F and slowing down the dryer speed, screen printers can prevent undercuring.
