2013 Fall Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

We recently sent out a customer satisfaction survey to our distributors as well as to a random sample of our end-use customers. Thanks to all who participated! Our focus was on your satisfaction with our products and support. Here are the percent responses we received rating us Very Good to Excellent. But we also value and take to heart the many comments and suggestions you provided on areas we could improve upon. We will continue to focus our efforts on assuring product consistency, stepping up our service and support, and reducing order turn times. We will continue to send out surveys from time to time to measure our progress, and we will share those results with you.
